Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Clotare ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 10 Collyer Quay, Ocean Financial Centre, Singapore 049315, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payments

All tours and services are subject to availability. A deposit of 50% is required to secure any booking over $500 SGD. Full payment must be made 7 days prior to the scheduled service date. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance: Full refund (minus 5% processing fee).
• Cancellations made 3-6 days in advance: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours: No refund.

4. Liability

Clotare acts as an agent for transport companies, hotels, and other contractors. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused to person or property. Travelers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our website and services for lawful purposes only. You must not behave in a manner that causes distress or inconvenience to other travelers or our staff.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
